Orders are processed from 10am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. We will cancel an order if payment is not made within 3 (working) days.
After we have received payment, your ordered product(s) are delivered the next (working) day to your shipping address. They should arrive within 2-7 workdays, but may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, we have no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We also do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You can return product(s) within 7 days at your own expense. We will either exchange the product(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs. Both the returned product(s) and the packaging must be in new condition, if the product packaging is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.
